Atty Frank completely dropped the ball in reference to my case He was 100% unprepared due to his own personal negligence in familiarizing himself with me personally, my case and the information/details regarding my case prior to his appointment as council He played games with myself and the courts ...- subjecting us to construed information which was intentionally misleading in the attempt to "save face" and shift the responsibility onto others He made "factual" statements to the courts that were knowingly erroneous He never came across to me as "my" attorney, he was abrasive, harsh, impatient, condescending and rude when discussing the case with me He was unprofessional in his conduct with myself and the courts. Upon petitioning the courts, they supported my position in reference to Atty Frank and I was appointed different council. The courts found him in violation of rules of professional conduct and told him he was walking a very thin line with his behavior and conduct
