Gini L. Hendrickson

Gini is an attorney at Murphy Desmond S.C. where her practice emphasizes estate planning and probate, guardianship, business, and environmental and real estate matters. Attorney Hendrickson has devoted her time and experience assisting charitable organizations in Wisconsin and Australia with charitable gifting and estate settlement. She works with nonprofits and individuals interested in creating 501(c)(3) organizations.  She also handles municipal work in the Madison area.  Gini assists entrepreneurs and participates in local groups of creative, inspiring, and enthusiastic business start up thinkers.  

Ms. Hendrickson began her legal career in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley area working with clients on estate planning and probate, business, and real estate where she was very active in the community serving on nonprofit organization boards and committees. She was also a frequent speaker in the community on the importance of estate planning, business succession planning, and end of life planning. Gini works with clients in Appleton, Madison, and Janesville.

Gini participates as a volunteer attorney for the Wills for Heroes program in Wisconsin assisting emergency personnel with their estate planning. The program began after the 9/11 tragedy which is near and dear to Gini as she was in living and working in NYC at the time.  She also gives her time to the American Family Children's Hospital, CATCH Events Committee in Madison, Wisconsin and A Fund for Women - Madison Community Foundation, Advisory Board.
