Phenomenal

There is nothing more valuable than a great attorney, especially regarding trademarks, which can be quite tricky. Craig has guided us through two very unique trademark issues and has both, helped us make a lot of of money and helped us protect our brands. We consider ourselves very lucky to h...ave him in our corner and highly recommend him for any trademark services.

patent process

I used Craig as a lawyer recently to patent and idea, he's not the type that will just say all is a great idea, he gives feedback. I had a provisional patent within 2 days in my mailbox, upon payment. He quoted me a price, and the actual price was 800$ more, and the 1000$ mark he quoted stood. ... Was 1800$. He's a man of his word, he has 20+ years experience, a excellent Avvo rating. Not to mention if you you tube his name he has a seminar teaching college kids the patent process. His services cost a little more, but with the personal level, and his expertise, he's worth more than he charges in my opinion. I would highly recommend Craig. I referred two Co workers already, and will continue to do so.

Good experience from knowledgeable attorney with practical perspective

Craig wrote an important patent for my company and we had a very good experience throughout. He clearly had a great understanding of patent law and was quite experienced. He also brought with him a distinctly practical perspective and strategy regarding the value of international patents, which can b...e especially expensive to cash-poor startups. We did have a miscommunication, though, resulting in our expenses being somewhat greater than our expectations. However, Craig really worked with us to sort it all out, we're happy with the results, and would gladly work him him again.

Intellectual property attorney with broad legal and technical knowledge

Craig is our company's patent attorney. As a small company we need someone who can handle all aspects of our patent applications from review to writing and handling the office actions. Our experience was outstanding, he advised us to file provisional patents when applicable, he went out of his way t...o accommodate our deadline needs when the filing had to precede the disclosure in conferences or meetings with companies. His background and past experience was very helpful fully understanding and analyzing our options with a pharmaceutical monitoring disclosure. In another instance, for our idea developed for a certain step of aircraft manufacturing, Craig, based on his knowledge and past experience recommended that we look at wind-turbine manufacturing as a potentially similar application of the same technology. Another aspect of the help we received form Craig was the discussion of strategy to follow with the Fortune 50 company, our main client. Overall, we highly recommend Craig for others who need an intellectual property attorney with broad and deep knowledge of the law as well as the technical aspects of the case.

Patent/Trademark Specialist!

Craig has worked with us in several patent/trademark issues. He is excellent at boiling things down so that those of us that are not legal minded can understand! Highly Recommend him.
