After 5 years I finally had to put an end to my own case. Briane does not return calls, does not provide copies of your legal documents, does not diligently work on your case but is very good at running up your bill over and above what most anyone can pay. I have pictures, kept a diary, paid for various inspections as proof, missed work. My case was well proven and he did nothing with it. A judge awarded me a new roof to start with but I never got it.
