After 5 years I finally had to put an end to my own case. Briane does not return calls, does not provide copies of your legal documents, does not diligently work on your case but is very good at running up your bill over and above what most anyone can pay. A construction company ruined my house by im...properly installing a rubber roof. I have leaking inside that runs through to the basement, around windows, into walls, and ALL of my wood ceilings have screws and nails protruding on the interior of my home. I have pictures, kept a diary, paid for various inspections as proof, missed work. My case was well proven and he did nothing with it. A judge awarded me a new roof to start with but I never got it. The settlement was enough to pay himself off and left me with more expenses than if I’d never sought help.

Briane represented my case for about 3 years. He was always unavailable and unresponsive whenever I needed his advice. He gave me a poor advice at the beginning pushing me to settle the case and in the long run it cost me a lot more because I agreed to do something I should have never agreed to. He a...lso prepared poorly for the court hearing. My key witness was not able to testify because the other party declared him “not an expert witness” and Briane failed to do anything about it. Briane failed to properly declare voice mail messages as evidence and the other party found a loophole to dismiss these records as evidence. He failed to provide any police reports to the judge to support my case. Even the judge made a statement that he heard many testimonials, but no reports to back them up. So it was my word against the other party’s attorney words. I have prepared a list of questions I wanted Briane to ask at the hearing, he did not bring any of them up. I was surprised by some of the questions he asked me during the hearing. I felt like they did not help my case in any way. As a result, the judge primarily supported the other party’s position. I paid close to $30,000 for these services. I am very disappointed.
