Breanne Snapp is a shareholder at the firm’s Madison office where her primary practice includes class action work. Breanne has represented thousands of employees across the country in their claims for unpaid wages and overtime, including a class of Epic Systems Quality Assurance workers and several classes of Cerner Corporation employees. She also recently recovered $1.85 million for a group of salespersons denied their commissions.
Breanne is currently representing a group of residents in Juneau and Wood Counties who allege their groundwater has been contaminated by a large Concentrated Animal Feed Operation (CAFO). She also helped obtain a successful settlement for 241 families in the Town of Jackson, Wisconsin who were impacted by groundwater contamination as a result of a gasoline pipeline rupture.
Breanne has been a Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2017. She was also honored by the Wisconsin Law Journal in 2015 as an “Up and Coming Lawyer.” Breanne is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar’s 2014, 2016, and 2017 Pro Bono Honor Society.
Breanne is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, James E. Doyle Inn of Court, Wisconsin Association for Justice, and the Legal Association for Women, where she currently serves as President-Elect. She also serves on the board of the American Constitution Society’s new Madison Lawyer Chapter. Breanne is a member of the United Way Rosenberry Society and stays involved with the UW Law School through mentorship opportunities and the Office of Career and Professional Development.
Breanne received her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she also earned a certificate in Consumer Health Advocacy. Breanne received a B.S. in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. In her free time, Breanne enjoys yoga and spending time with friends and family. She lives in Madison with her husband and their cat.
