Fighting for Transgender Equality for Employment
Mr Fairweather did an outstanding job of going to bat for me. My former employer terminated my employment after my going full time. I was barely two weeks into my transition. He went through every appeal until all options were exhausted. I highly recommend his practice.

Waste of time
Nicholas and his office failed to communicate with me about my situation and what the goal would be. He then felt that an email to decline representing a case without any reason at all was more professional then actually communicating with people or having his office communicate it. I even gave him substational amounts of information that would help him to prove my case and get my position back or at least something. He is afraid to go against large companies and I highly suggest finding someone else. His failure to communicate put my appeal through the state behind by a week, making it seem as though I was not serious. Find someone who has experience and wants to help people. I may have been unemployed when I contacted him, however I made a 6 figure salary before hand and no thanks to him, I do again and removed my name from being blacklisted.

Response from Nicholas Fairweather May 15, 2015
Based on his or her description, this anonymous person was never a client and certainly never expressed these concerns to me or my staff. Of course, it is difficult to investigate claims such as this when a complaint is submitted anonymously. The termination of one's employment can be traumatic and emotional. Thankfully, this person was able to find replacement employment. I wish him or her the best in all of his or her future endeavors.
