She seems to be working for the other side and collecting the money from me for doing nothing for me, but for my ex. Communication is terrible....she has difficulty keeping dates & times strait....with no respect for my work schedule....shows up late to hearings and seems confused/lost on what to do... in court. Documentation that would have supported me in court was ignored by her. So, if your ok with your divorce dragging on for years at her expensive rate~hire her! It was more stressful having her as my attorney and keeping up with her demands with no results!

I highly recommend Katherine (Katie) as she is extremely professional, but at the same time very personable. While divorce was not a pleasant experience, it helped so much to work with someone that could not only provide legal advice, but act as a sounding board as I went through the experience. On... our initial meetings, Katie thoroughly explained the divorce process, what was needed, and what to expect. After retaining her, Katie collected a significant amount of information with no detail being too small to disclose. After getting the facts of the case, she provided a course of action, and explained the range of potential outcomes. This was important to me, as unfortunately there is a range of outcomes and I appreciated going into the process with eyes wide open. Katie and her team put together an excellent brief for the mediator for the case. I as well as the mediator were very impressed with the level of detail and organization that Katie was able to provide. Besides the great work on the legal case, Katie was also able to connect on a personal level, making it easier to handle the divorce and making the personal decisions that had to be made. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

I researched attorneys and contacted Ms. Harrell regarding family law issues prior to my upcoming deployment overseas. She provided prompt, clear guidance and was instrumental in creating an atmosphere of trust and due-diligence. She holds her clients' best interests at heart and provided fantastic... counsel! When I first went in to have a consultation with Katie I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. However, I immediately felt very comfortable talking with her about my case.
