Michael J. Ableidinger

Michael is the third lawyer I've worked with through for sale by owner. He is hands down by far the best experience I've Had FSBO. I hadn't even contracted Michael when I received an offer for my home over the holiday weekend. I left a message for Michael and he promptly returned my call on Monday. Although he'd never met me nor had I contracted him for services he spent 30 minutes on the phone providing me with more helpful information in 30 minutes than I had received in total from the two other FSBO attorneys I had previously worked with. He was kind, professional, informational and an all around pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend and work with Michael again. Great experience.
