I have been collecting from an insurance policy when I received some back pay they wanted all of it. The amount was more than I made in a year. I contacted Danielle to see if I really had to give my back pay to the insurance co. or not, or if I could at least hold back enough to pay the tax burden th...at I would have to deal with come tax time. Danielle gave me some ideas to try on my own first and said if I had problems after that I could hire her at a latter date if needed. I was able to come to terms with the Insurance co. and very satisfied with Danielle's advice. I think it is great that Danielle was honest and told me that should try to work it out myself before I hired a layer. I had just reached a compromise with my insurance co. that allows me some money to pay my taxes. Thank you Danielle

The time it took to reach a settlement was very difficult and trying, and I woul...d never have made it through on my own. Initially denied full life insurance, only partial payment. I had difficulty finding an attorney in Milwaukee who would accept the case. Ms. Schroeder assisted in filing an appeal. That too was initially denied but an appeal of that decision resulted in full payment of benefits. I and my family wi...ll always be very grateful to Ms. Schroeder.
