Gina D. Nugent

An intensely bad experience. Hired Gina Nugent on the advice of another atttorney. She initially stated that an issue I mentioned as a deciding factor for hiring an attorny or not doing so was not going to affect the potential for a claim/case. So I hired her. She drafted a demand letter that had num...erous grammatical errors and spelling errors I had to correct. (For 1,000 dollars) And also did not at length include one of the people it was being sent to. She made the suggested corrections then immediately mailed said letter (I believe to stop further corrections). The opposing side responded with a letter detailing that they were going to utilize the exact issue I discussed with Gina prior to hiring to fight my claim. When asked Gina completely 180-ed on her position and closed my file. I wouldn't recommend her in any capacity due to this experience. It was abysmal. I would not have hired her, had she not misrepresented the importance of the issue I have previously mentioned.
