My wife and I hired Steve Caya on the advice of an acquaintance to pursue a claim against our insurance company after being involved in a very serious automobile accident. We did this just to protect our interests, wanting to avoid being taken advantage of. The other party in the accident having no... insurance, we did not expect an enormous settlement but just what we felt our own company should give us, which came nowhere close to the true cost. Steve informed us of certain legal issues that made it possible (as intended by the law at that time) to receive double the amount stated on our policy.
