Biography
Mr. Kopp is dedicated to his community and profession. He currently serves as a member of the Rock County Bench/Bar Committee and is a former member of the Rock County Bar Executive Committee. He serves the Wisconsin State Bar as a member of the Fee Arbitration Panel. Mr. Kopp is also the Chairman of the City of Janesville Police and Fire Commission and is a Meals on Wheels volunteer. He is active in his church as an usher, greeter, the current Chairman of the Church Council and was previously a volunteer for the Jefferson Elementary School Breakfast Club. Mr. Kopp is also proud to be on the Board of Directors for the Mercy Health System, Rock County's largest employer.

Prepare for a huge bill
I do not feel Mark is honest or ethical. In my opinion, he purposefully does things to overcharge his clients and run up their bills. He appeared to me to purposefully create arguements to increase his billing. I personally would not recommend his services.
