Kayla Korkow Hiller

Kayla Hiller is an attorney at the Nowlan & Mouat LLP law firm and has been practicing there for over 20 years. Kayla’s main areas of focus are estate planning and probate. She prepares wills, trusts, and powers of attorney documents.  She also counsels families through challenging and emotional times after the loss of a loved one.  Kayla is skilled in preparing estate plans for individuals and families of every size and means and guides clients in preparing plans suitable to their needs.  Since 2015, she has co-presented at the annual Family Love Letter seminars sponsored by the Beloit Health System Foundation.  She has also given estate planning seminars at the request of Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Beloit Property Managers Association and the Rock Prairie Presbyterian Church. 

Kayla’s practice also focuses on real estate and business matters and includes the drafting and reviewing of contracts.  She has diverse experience handling matters for banks and financial institutions. She routinely reviews and prepares loan documents for commercial and agricultural loan transactions. While Kayla has the capability of handling a large caseload, she cares about the details.  Her attention to detail and hard work gives her clients the confidence they need to proceed.  Kayla’s practice is solution-oriented and she anticipates problems ahead of time and finds answers.  The result is trustworthy, legal advice that gives clients peace of mind about the outcomes. 

Kayla is a past President of the Rock County Bar Association and is deeply dedicated to the community, serving on numerous boards and volunteering on behalf of a variety of nonprofit organizations.
