Doesn't return calls or messages that are left weeks before the deadline. But will email you after 4pm on a Thursday demanding a response by Friday at noon. Is completely unreasonable and on a power trip. Let's not forget to mention that he will swear and hang up on you when he is called out on a mis...take that he made. Doesn't take accountability like a professional should.

Justin is professional, empathetic, and a good communicator. I imagine there are many areas of law for which he is well suited. Unfortunately, divorce is not one of them. He was willing to take my case, and consulted with his colleagues about it, but it seemed like mine was his first divorce. His str...ategy was to meet the opposition in the middle, which doesn't work when they don't budge. We went to trial, which I think he was trying to avoid. There, he let the opposition create the narrative and, for the most part, did not challenge them on it. After the case went largely in favor of the opposition, his attention to detail waned, and he made a mistake that, had I not caught it, would have forced me to sell my house. I am giving him an average rating because I think he can successfully guide you through any legal process that does not require him to think quickly and strategically. I am not recommending him as a divorce lawyer.
