Attorney Kyle R. Reimann, Co-Owner | REimagine Law Group
With more than 15 years of legal experience, Attorney Kyle R. Reimann is a trusted advocate for individuals and families across southwest Wisconsin. His practice focuses primarily on criminal and traffic defense, family law, civil litigation, and estate planning. Since beginning the practice of law in 2010 - and dedicating much of his work to southwest Wisconsin since 2016 - Kyle has built a reputation for being both a formidable courtroom advocate and a steady, compassionate guide for clients facing some of life’s most difficult moments.
As co-owner of REimagine Law Group, Kyle has helped build a firm centered on the belief that too many clients have come to expect too little from the legal system. Alongside his law partner, Tristan, he helped create a practice designed to deliver something better: better communication, better strategy, and a better overall client experience. For Kyle, legal representation is not just about the outcome, but also about how clients are treated throughout the process. He believes people deserve an attorney who listens carefully, responds promptly, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about what is at stake.
Kyle also brings a valuable judicial perspective to his representation. He previously served for three years as the Iowa County Family Court Commissioner and continues to serve as a Supplemental Court Commissioner under the Honorable Matthew Allen. Having presided over hearings and issued decisions from the bench, Kyle offers clients more than advocacy alone, he understands how cases are viewed and evaluated by the Court, and he uses that insight to help clients make smart, informed decisions from the outset.
In addition to his legal practice, Kyle has also served as an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville, where he taught courses in criminal law, criminal procedure, and courtroom evidence, while coaching mock trial teams and mentoring future attorneys. That experience sharpened one of the qualities clients value most in him: the ability to take complicated legal issues and explain them in a way that is clear, practical, and useful.
Born and raised in Wisconsin’s Northwoods in a blue-collar family, Kyle brings a grounded, no-nonsense perspective to the practice of law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls before attending Regent University School of Law in Virginia, where he graduated in 2010. He was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar that same year and is also licensed to practice before the Eastern and Western Districts of the United States District Court of Wisconsin.
At the end of the day, Kyle believes clients do not just need legal answers, they need an advocate they can trust. Someone who will stand beside them, guide them honestly, and remain fully invested in what comes next.
In his personal life, Kyle most enjoys spending time with this family. He loves going on family adventures exploring different playgrounds and parks or taking family vacations. He also loves to fish and hunt. There is nothing more relaxing than taking a nap in his tree stand. He also enjoys a good restaurant with his favorite being Bob’s “bad word” BBQ in Dodgeville.
