Worst attorney in the county (possibly the state) All talk no show ..totally unprepared ..although she had my case for 30 days prior to hearing only started work on it 3 hours prior to hearing..when questioned about her lack of preparation she quit as my lawyer and hung up on me...very unprofession...al behavior!! I communicated with her secretary many times as Kelly was unreachable to answer questions..secretary couldn't provide answer as she is not an attorney...had to beg to get a copy of my file and then there was a charge to get it..never returned personal items to me..even tho I requested them claimed she didn't have it although myself and two others heard her relate she had it..her only response has been for me not to give a bad review or she will sue me..consistently late!! Im sure she doesn't get many bad reviews as she threatens to sue anyone that gives a poor review

She takes several weeks to call you back even though you have an active court case. Then spends all of her time on her phone, strolls into the court room late, after having done nothing, just stringing you along for easy money, and leaving you completely at the mercy of the judge and da. She does not... communicate. If you get her, fire her immediately. Her secretary will screw up every message, give you wrong dates and times, and get upset and hang up on you when she is confused or frustrated.
