I was injured in a car accident over a year ago. I initially hired another lawyer who promised me the starts but later wouldn't return my phone call. He explained the process in detail and I transferred my case to him. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made. During my ongoing case for 3 years I have never been brushed off once when I had a question or concern. I either got his assistant to get back to me right away with the information or if she could not provide it, she would set up a conference call or meeting with Mr. Durkin to get my questions answer...ed. In filling out forms for reimbursement, his assistant took care of that and was always making sure I got my reimbursement checks. If I didn't she was on it. And if they didn't respond to her they responded to Mr. Durkin's strongly worded email. I have to say, you really need to go with a lawyer that has an amazing and knowledgeable assistant and a team of amazing staff. It makes all the difference than going with an independent lawyer that has no one else in the office. I couldn't ask for anything more stress free than this experience and it was very welcome during such a horrific time. Thank you for everything!!
