Thomas William Durkin

After being denied SSDI after initial application, I knew that the next step would be to hire an attorney, preferably local, whose specialties included SS cases. I went on-line, and found Mr. Durkin. After a consultation, he thought I had a case, and I decided I wanted his help. He's down to earth, w...ith a pleasant personality. He advised me as to what was needed in order to win the case. He guided me through every step of the process which wound up at the hearing level. I was obviously quite nervous, but at least I had the good fortune of having a video hearing in front of an out-of-state ALJ. I had a meeting with Mr. Durkin the day before my hearing, at which he advised me as to what to expect, and basically how to answer the questions without being "long-winded", so to speak. I eventually got the letter stating that the ALJ's decision was fully favorable. I couldn't have done it alone, and I would refer a client to Mr. Durkin with confidence.
