Biography
Thomas Devine has more than 37 years experience in a variety of litigated matters from plaintiff personal injury cases, insurance defense, employment discrimination, complex business issues, real estate disputes and government employment or third party liability. He has taken 150 matters to trial and participated in over 1000 litigated matters. The claims with which he has dealt range from $1,500 to $250 million.
More than 20 lectures have been presented for CLE and he has taught trial skill classes for the CTCW and Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He has published articles on the insurance defense practice, and arbitrated and mediated many cases as neutral. He has been on the board of directors of the county bar, non-profits and professional organizations.
