Great attorney defending a father's rights. Hired Baratki after my Kenosha lawyer G. Dowse wouldn't take my case back to court and than quit after my daughter was moved to Indiana with her Mother. Baratki took the case and got a court order for my daughter to be returned back to WI. Baratki also got ...me joint custody and since my daughter was illegally moved out of state, he got the court to remove and credit the child support. I now have a solid relationship with my daughter.

Hired Robert Baratki for my divorce. He said he'd fight for my right and stand uo for me in court. During my trial, he fell asleep while i was in the stand in the court room. All he was concerned with is getting more money from me after my down payment was used up during my extremely lengthy expensiv...e divorce. In the end he didnt stand up for my rights at the final hearing and basically told me to take whatever deal from my ex and be done with it because I couldn't get any money from all the furnishings my ex took, or the money from my house that was mine prior to marriage, dont get to have my kids 50/50 and my ex has soul custody when i was the primary care giver of my children prior to divorce. Everything my ex wrongfully took that belonged to me prior to marriage was now his with no compensation what so ever. Somehow the everthings 50/50 during a divorce in the state of Wisconsin didnt apply to me. Because I had Robert Baratki for my lawyer, he talks a god talk and tells you what you want to hear, but in the end doesnt do crap for you. Maybe if I had more money to throw at him he would have done what I hired him for, but that shouldn't matter.

He phoned in one of my court dates in turn costing me thousands of dollars due to a continuance which was supposed to eliminate maintenance to my ex wife. Yes he was so late to my court date that by the time he got there it was over.It seemed to me he wanted to drag my case on longer so he could char...ge me more money. My ex killed me in court even without an attorney! He told me he was a Pitbull but he was more like a Chiwauwa. If he represented me with the same intensity and consistency as he did trying to get money from me I would have come out a lot richer.....Seriously hes great at billing but not a great lawyer. All in all this guy didn't put forth the effort I was looking for.

I hired Mr. Baratki for a TPR case and he did a GREAT JOB. We flew through the case and everything went perfectly. He kept me well informed and worked for me. The legal advice he gave me was head on. I have used him once before in a family court case about 3 years ago and the case went smoothly as we...ll. I will definitely recommend him to others.

I paid him 2200 to get custody of my son back from his father and he did nothing I couldn't have done myself. My son's father denied me a weekend visit that was court ordered, I filed a police report like instructed. I explained to my lawyer I wanted to hold him in contempt or get my time back, he di...d neither. I was involved with someone who had a domestic violence restraining order on him, so that was the claim as to why I couldn't have my custody back. I was trying to get my stuff together and I bought a car, I asked my lawyer (at the time) if I should sell my car and get my own place so I didn't live with anybody with any domestic violence claims and he told me no!! I probably could have got my son back if I didn't take his advice. Not to mention my son's father's MOTHER was paying my attorney. He had my boyfriend at the time ex wife (the one who filed a domestic violence restraining order on him) working in the office the whole time I was his client, I didn't find out until after I had already lost my case. He took for ever to return my phone calls. Asked if I could pay him in advance because he was going on vacation.
