Jessica was appointed to our case as a "cheaper option" for disagreements between the two parties. Initially, she was very responsive and took in a lot of information as to why she was appointed in the first place while we brought her up to speed. Soon after, however, things drastically changed. Out ...of the numerous issues/disagreements which were brought to her attention, she rarely ever responded. Sometimes, she took weeks to respond to emails and would say, "I hope you all have come up with a solution since the last email..." Mind you, the initial email included one or both parties requesting for an urgent timely response due to the high-conflict nature of the case. She also was zero help in enforcing the court order regarding custody times among many other things, stating she "doesn't deal with custody issues" but later asked us to "reach out if there was a legal custody issue." So...which is it? Do you only want to participate in the custody issues that will cause the absolute least amount of turbulence, or are you appointed to uphold the court ordered demands? Basically, all you pay for is for Jessica to read your message and either not respond or the rare response from her gets you absolutely nowhere. We consistently felt like we were put on the back burner...if not swept completely under the rug. We omitted her from our case as soon as we were able, which was less than a year after she was appointed. Absolutely do not recommend. Do not hire her unless there is zero timeline attached to your needs with her.

Very bad experience! Do not trust this woman ! Not your money or your future! She took my money, but didn't do anything for me, just tried to make me to except my husband unfair offer. She said it's the way how she do her job. I guess save your money ...It's better to go to court without attorney th...en pay for nothing... Lazy?
