My experience includes working with car manufacturers in defending their product liability and warranty claims. I have also worked extensively with insurers and insureds in resolving coverage and liability disputes, including complex environmental contamination coverage actions.

I work with municipalities and municipal insurers to address a number of needs, including resolution and ordinance drafting, defense of liability claims and review of contracts. I also serve as a municipal prosecutor for a variety of municipalities.
