We started off with a ton of questions, in a tough situation with very little knowledge of how to proceed. As soon as we were in contact with Heidi, we knew we were in good hands. She took care of everything and kept us updated the entire time. She was always available for questions, concerns and got... back to us so quickly each time. We had been severely taken advantage of purchasing a vehicle and she fought to make sure we got what we deserved. She even got a settlement 2.5x what she originally thought our lawsuit was worth! I had a case that was a nightmare. A private student loan that would not go away. I paid it. They said I didn't.
