Trust me when I say that I didn't think I could afford a lawyer, let alone a "good lawyer." But not only was I wrong about that, what I also didn't know was that I couldn't NOT afford a good lawyer. Luckily, Anna Rinehart was there to pick up the pieces, organize them, and quickly fashion a clear, co...nfident, and reassuring plan from that first initial consultation. I walked in overwhelmed, confused, and frustrated (and admittedly, hesitant) but after the first few minutes, I knew I was in the right place. Atty Rinehart is knowledgeable, smart, and puts up with no shenanigans. She took my ex's very experienced, very expensive, very confident lawyer to task in our very first encounter. But more than that, she succinctly navigated to the end of what had been an endless process. I came to Atty Rinehart and Karp & Iancu with very little confidence in the process, having spent a year and a half with a different firm getting nowhere and with no end in sight. That all changed and from day one with Karp & Iancu I had a clear path forward to a favorable and fair outcome. Finally, I can't leave a review without mentioning how extremely attentive Atty Rinehart was in regards to communication. Days, nights, weekends... I'm a "you'll hear back from me within 24 hours" person. Anna Rinehart is not! Each and every time and without fail, her response would be speedier than prompt and on point. In fact, each person I dealt with at the firm was above-and-beyond responsive, organized, and professional. More recently, I had to again make contact due to an emergency involving my children, and on a Saturday night no less. After calling the office number, I must have heard back from Atty Rinehart within what felt like 5-10 minutes and once more she guided me through a very stressful and confusing period. We again parted ways with life settled and sound AND neatly tied up with a contingency plan should anything similar happen in the future.

I originally hired David who was kind enough to give me a flat rate. He worked tirelessly to get all the necessary court documents to myself, my ex husband, and file with the court. He was always very quick to respond to any question I had. Due to unforeseen personal emergency, I was transferred to ...Anna. The transition was very smooth and Anna is amazing. She's very responsive and it shows how much she really cares. He warmth and kind nature made the trial a lot easier. I was very nervous, but, Anna met with me before the hearing and walked me through the process and explained the questions I would be asked. I'm so incredibly thankful to have had Anna there with me in that court room.
