An error with Adobe Acrobat screwed up our AOS process. I entered our original marriage date and the printer in my home broke for unknown reasons. I had to copy the I-485 form in an external USB drive and took it to FedEx for printing. Unfortunately, when I opened the document in FedEx, Adobe default...ed the marriage date to current date. I did not know this until I received an RFE which stated that the marriage date in application does not match the date in certificate. The amount of evidence required was enormous and the verbiage in the RFE was like Latin (We weren't able to understand a single sentence). That's when we met Jennifer to help us with the RFE and she was very professional, knowledgeable and guided us with the right documents. The way she organized the documents was phenomenal. Our AOS was approved in 3 days after USCIS received the response for RFE. I would highly recommend her for any immigration questions or issues.
