Biography
Ms. Diane K. O'Connor is a graduate of Smith College and Marquette University Law School. She received certificates in Trust Administration from Northwestern University and Advanced Estate Planning from the American College. Attorney O'Connor is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a member of the Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Associations. She is a Past Chair and Director of the State Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and past Director of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Council. She has been a member of the State Bar committees on Marital Property Reform and Probate Code Reform and is a past member of the Wisconsin Trustees Association and Estate Counselors Forum. She is currently listed with Milwaukee Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. Ms O'Connor retired from practice in 2013.
