James Hiller is a very good advocate & Lawyer! Mr. Hiller entered our case and did his job with complete honesty. James could have chased the money ahead of this case and instead he gave us every option available for us to decide the next steps. I contacted Mr. Hiller to ask about a dispute with a local business. He asked me straight forward questions and, when possible, provided straight forward answers. Great Lawyer for our Needs!
Jim helped us set up our tennis booster club for our boy's and girl's tennis team. He filed all of our paperwork and set up our bylaws. We are now a solid, legal booster club! Everything was done quickly and we were always kept informed. Very easy to work with!

James rapidly attacked a debtor 6-7 months late and wouldn't return my phone messages or emails. After only four weeks under the stress of a lawsuit from James Hiller, Esq. payment was made in full.

Totally reliable in every way
My husband and I recently had Mr. Hiller bring our will up to date, adding changes we requested. He did an excellent job suggesting the best approach to be sure our wishes would be met after our death. He was thorough, quick, easy to work with and very reasonable in his charge for the excellent service he provided. He is the kind of lawyer that is always there for you. We think he is the best.

Helpful, Trustworthy, Informative, on the Ball
Jim explained to me the relevant legal concepts in layman's language to the degree where I could make educated choices. He's extremely trustworthy (I gave him POA to deal with real estate while I'm overseas). He's on the ball and truly looking out for my best interests - he sized up my situation and, consulting with insurance agents and bank professionals, figured out the best way for me to deal with my situation.
