My wife and did our I-601 ourselves and had it sent back to us with a request for more information. I was out of my league and did not know how to proceed. Laura fixed everything for us and we had the waiver approved less than 2 weeks after the RFE was returned. My wife and son are now here in the... US. I am certain that without Laura Fernandez' help the waiver would have been denied. Laura was professional, easy going, well organized, efficient, and most of all, knew what she was doing. Laura handled my wife's I-601A case, where we ended up going to Juarez, Mexico for the visa interview. Laura was knowledgeable, patient and responsive during the entire process, especially considering her work load in dealing with other clients. My husband and I sought legal advice (before finding Laura Fernandez) from someone who was quite unhelpful and, ultimately, detrimental to our case. We were trying to get legal permanent residency for my husban, and we were in the process of filing for an I 601A. With our previous help we were denied... for reasons that we should not have been.
