Laura handled my wife's I-601A case, where we ended up going to Juarez, Mexico for the visa interview. Laura was knowledgeable, patient and responsive during the entire process, especially considering her work load in dealing with other clients. While her expertise was a real plus, what also impresse...d us was her sincere desire to be of help and her genuine empathy regarding our situation.
