I first heard of attorney Melisa trough a friend who was already working with her, I gave her a call, we sat down and discussed the case. she was friendly, very knowledgeable, and most important of all, extremely honest. She worked with us trough out the whole process with a lot of support. She gav...e us a quote on how much this was going to cost at our first meeting and she stay true to it until the end. Never asked me for any extra money, which I think is very important to point out because there's a lot of immigration attorneys who take advantage of people in that way. We were in constant communication, she was never hard to reach and her staff is very friendly. We started with the process and by the 7 th month or so she found a different route to our case, our goal was that I did not leave the US and she did it!! She did her home work very well, we went the other rout and in three months I was I legal permanent resident of the United States. It is extremely hard to know who to trust when it comes to issues like immigration. I highly recommend her and her staff. My story sounds too good to be truth and its because I don't have much space to explain the whole process. It wasn't easy by any means, but she made it easier for us by guiding us trough every step. she was praignent at the end of my case, and never left me hanging because of personal reasons, I went to meet with her once and she was so sick but still working, her work ethic is impressive and her personality is great. Melissa was hired for my husband's citizenship case. She was very easy to talk to, down to earth, ambitious, and always kept us up to date about the case since it took more than a year to be approved. I didn't hesitate to tell her anything at all because I felt that she was a very honest, non judgmen...tal, and sincere person, which in fact she is. Some things pertaining to the case I was going to hold back because I was embarrassed, but Melissa did not make me feel like I was any less of a person. In the end, everything turned out great and my husband's Visa was approved and I went out of the USA, in an airplane, and in a completely different environment for the first time in my life!
