Peter J. Arnold

I was represented by attorney Peter Arnold who contacted me on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., who asked me to plead guilty to a charge of burglary as he stated the prospectors office was going to recommend a fine of sorts comparable to that of a parking citation which I declined stating I refus...e as I am not guilty of the crime I am being charged and I will not plead guilty to anything. He became quite upset with me on the telephone repeatedly stating to me do you know how great of a deal this is and so on. I, refused. Attorney Arnold proceeded to hang up on me. I was eventually found not guilty at a bench trial in from of, Judge Pedro Colon, concerning this matter. Please, allow me to say I asked attorney Arnold to meet with me on an inner of ocassions prior to him contracting me on a Sunday afternoon and was always told he was unavailable and could not meet with me. Attorney Arnold filed not a single motion in my case despite requesting him to do so on many occasions and simply did nothing despite my pleas for him to do so. Attorney Arnold was the worst experience with an attorney I have ever had as shortly after being hung up on by attorney Arnold that Sunday afternoon I fired him and retained another attorney. I ended up filing a complaint against attorney Arnold with the Better Business Bureau concerning his representation of me which he did not respond to and was closed in my favor due to his non response. Do not hire this attorney.
