If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Yes, Atty Wisniewski's rates are almost half what most other attorneys in the area charge, but you really do get what you pay for. I received very little attention to my case, had to fight to get return calls or to get any information on the sta...tus of my case and she was not very willing to actually go out and fight for the few things that were important to me during my divorce case. My case was not terribly complex or complicated, but I hired an attorney because I do not have the legal expertise to do the legwork myself. I wound up having to do most of it on my own anyway, all she was really good for was drafting paperwork. She was all to eager to just settle for what she considered to be "the norm" according to other cases she had done rather than representing my actual interests.
