John D. Dries

As a normal way of life for me I don't make it a habit to reply to ones review. But I find it hard to believe that the review (Chapter 13 Client) is 100% accurate. John Dries is a no nonsense no BS attorney. I have had my share of attorney's sugar coat my dilemmas to get my business where Attorney Dr...ies was factual and straight to the point. Not once did he steer me wrong with bankruptcy, child support or real estate issues that I have had in the past. The only thing John Dries ever asked of me was to be honest and factual so he could give me the best legal advice and options. If I were to attempt to BS him in any way I know he would have called me on it so I am sorry but I need to disagree with the above client John will not recommend anything if it is not in a clients best interest. He will not leave a client less than 100% informed on what to expect. And again John will inform his clients of ALL options one can take to settle a matter in and out of court. I will recommend John Dries not only as a bankruptcy Attorney but an Attorney for most any form of issue.

Attorney Dries is all the above. He knows and practices all facts of law and will work your case as if you were his only client, that's how through and dedicated to his clients as you matter to him. Whatever the cost is test me you get your money's worth. I remember the first time I called him wit...h questions, he was on the phone for like an hour and retained him for our situation and won the case. I find it hard to believe that the previous reviewer is using the same attorney. Dries will do the bare minimum that is needed of him, that much is true. And he will respond....until he is paid in full. Then don't expect any help or guidance. Having been put into a Chapter 13 with a 17 year old ca...r AT HIS SUGGESTION, I can't replace the thing either. Then tells me my options are to fix said seventeen year old car or extend the Chapter 13 hell I am in. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else!

Attorney John Dries has been retained by me a few times for different circumstances. I can tell you Attorney Dries is a compassionate man, trustworthy, and actually cares about his clients.
