John is simply an excellent lawyer. Never did I ever think I would need to use a lawyer, but now we've used John twice for 2 very different things. John is a brilliant thinker, and incredibly smart as well as very compassionate and caring. He is also an ethically centered lawyer, which seems ...almost completely missing in the world today. I find it hard to believe that the previous reviewer is using the same attorney. Dries will do the bare minimum that is needed of him, that much is true. And he will respond....until he is paid in full. Then don't expect any help or guidance. Having been put into a Chapter 13 with a 17 year old ca...r AT HIS SUGGESTION, I can't replace the thing either. Then tells me my options are to fix said seventeen year old car or extend the Chapter 13 hell I am in. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else!

Attorney John Dries has been retained by me a few times for different circumstances. I can tell you Attorney Dries is a compassionate man, trustworthy, and actually cares about his clients.
