The state appointed me Mr Bihler for a revocation hearing although the probation officer didn't take it that far, I did go thought a preliminary hearing, with the minimum evidence held against the probation officer won the hearing. I met with Mr Bihler before the hearing and at the hearing, he had mo...re information then the probation officer had, he was very clear and straight forward and was about to take the extra steps to do a investigation to get me from going to prison for three years. I do recommend him, he's a busy man but he will put the time in that necessary. Thank you.
