Born in 1964 in LaCrosse Wisconsin, Will knew he wanted to be a lawyer at age 8. In 1990 he received his law degree from The University of Minnesota. And from there started his own practice in Milwaukee, WI.
He claims knowledge more than specialty. While he focuses on Bankruptcy and Family law, he tries to stay up to date on other areas including Personal Injury. He prides himself on making good referrals when it’s not the right case for him. He practices with the attitude of “an old country lawyer”. The first consult is always free up to an hour. He does that on principle, many advisors recommend against. But accessibility to the for the majority of her Americans is his mantra in his practice.
Will is active in his community both politically and for not-for-profit agencies, because he believes the privilege of being a lawyer creates a higher standard for community involvement.

About us:
Attorney Will Green and his paralegal live the legal practice. He’s gone back on his own so that he can make his own decisions about who to represent and what causes to fight for. Dana Norton, his paralegal has been with him for 5 years.
When it comes to the practice of law they view compassion, empathy, and listening as a priority in building a client relationship. They also believe that fighting and negotiation are two sides of the same coin. Strategy means applying the law and the use of game theory to figure out best and likely outcomes.
They believe that clients doing their homework, listening, and preparing with us face to face is the best way to get a good outcome. That is why most of their quotes are flat fee. They want clients to feel free to communicate. And they hate withdrawing from any case because of fees not being paid.
Case results:
In career over 5000 successful bankruptcies.
Over 100 divorce and custody cases with improved outcomes for our clients.

He mistook my final required Chapter 13 online course for my Chapter 7 completed course. As a result the court closed my case and I have to reopen in order to close. Another $400 out...

Is this guy for real
No one ever answers his phone. His cell voice mail is continually full. His office message says he is constantly closed and no one called me back.

Lied about the other party not getting info in when he was the one who wasn't exchanging information! The last ...
