Turning a difficult decision into a smooth process.
Josh did an excellent job making sure I was informed, and also making sure I understood everything along the way! He was open to questions, made himself available as a resource, and genuinely made me feel valued as a client. I would highly recommend Josh to someone considering filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.

Reliable Bankruptcy Representation
As we interviewed Attorneys to work with us on a possible bankruptcy, Attorney Rittberg was the one who stood out as a man of integrity. He exudes confidence and had answers to questions we didn't know to ask. Our decision to file Chapter 7 as a solution to our situation was based in large part on these attributes.
