A grifter preying on the grievances of NIMBYs, Joe's biggest talent seems to be finding the exact client desperate enough to hire him enough times in order to sustain a full time career. After a brief consultation, and then having been solicited via social media to crowd source funding for a loca...l land use case, I conducted some basic research. Even a cursory search shows his cases re-use the same poor arguments time and time again and get dismissed with alarming regularity. Reusing the same arguments in case after case does nothing for expediency, however, as Joe will make sure to draw the case out for as long as humanly possible. A recent case for a Tax Increment district took 4 years just to get to the court of appeals. However, in Wisconsin's legal system, courts do not award a "moral victory" if one "goes the distance" ala Rocky Balboa.
