I came here to review Attorney Susan Scott to write that she was a wonderful attorney and that I was extremely fortunate to have her of all people by my side. However, I read the last review and was very disappointed to see someone anonymously spoke negatively of Attorney Scott. Attorney Scott has re...presented me on several occasions and has always ensured I got everything that was in my best interest. She made me feel comfortable and calm even when I thought I would certainly never succeed. She really understands her clients' needs and is one of the few lawyers I have experienced that fights for what the client needs, and nothing else. After having been represented by Attorney Scott several times, I do not just consider her as my attorney - I consider her to be my personal advocate. She has an excellent rapport with other attorneys that she has to work with and with judges. She treats you as a friend all while remaining professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants an attorney that is there to truly help YOU.

Sue is by far one of the most effective, passionate and dedicated attorneys that i have ever met. I first met her when she was my mock trial coach during my undergraduate studies at Marquette University. Coaching the Marquette mock trial team was something she did on top of her own career as a family... law attorney simply because she wanted to assist young students to be as passionate about their cases as she was. It is incredibly important to note that while this wasn't a paid position for her, she treated it as if it were another job for her and she gave it her all. If we won, she won. She never treated us like she was better than us, she simply wanted to help us improve our skill set. As a coach, she supported you 100%, but then she took the extra step to get to know each one of the team members on a more personal basis. She is highly relatable and is always willing to lend an extra ear for those around her. Throughout my undergraduate career, Sue encouraged me to go after my dream of being an attorney and consistently reassured me that it was something I could handle. She taught me not to settle for less than I deserve. As I am a current law student, Sue is not only an incredible role model in which I would be honored to be half the attorney she is today. She is also extremely supportive and willing to help me in any capacity that she is able. What started out as a mentor- mentee relationship has turned into an invaluable friendship over the last five years. I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to work with Sue over the summer at her previous firm where I got to see a different side of her that was more client focused. Through working with her, it became very clear that no matter what, her clients are always her main priority and she refuses to back down from an unfair fight. She isn't one that is afraid to stand up for her client or for what she believes in. Her dedication to her clients is uncanny and there are very few things that she puts before her work. To put it simply, if you want an attorney who isn't afraid to fight for you, who will be straightforward and honest with you, and is very effective, then Sue is the best choice out there. I couldn't be more grateful to have her in my life not only as a mentor and a role model, but also as a friend.

Not only a wonderful attorney, but a wonderful person. She truly listens to your problems and helps you work through them. In court she stands her ground and fights for you. Her passion for truly helping others is what makes her so successful in court because she never loses sight of what is the righ...t thing to do.
