I had started my divorce pro se, but due to my ex not making matters easy was referred to Susan Scott. Since the process was already started she only charged half of her retainer and went over info I was not aware of, very thorough. We were able to work it out and I ended up not needing her services.... To my surprise she refunded my entire retainer, and did not charge me for any phone or email interactions.
