I hired him to take on my case while I was incarcerated and i was able to get out and still gain full sole placement custody of my children and was still able to get support also .... I hired Michael for legal service pertaining to an open child support case. It was a bit complicated as my former spouse and child lived in a different state. Prior to my former spouse moving from Wisconsin, we had generated an agreement for placement, child support and variable expenses together w...ithout representation. Unfortunately, our relationship deteriorated and co-parenting was no longer feasible. I retained Michael as counsel and he assisted me with the child support determination process and determination of variable costs associated with my placement agreement.
