Jamie Anne Epstein

Jamie’s practice is focused in the area of family law. She represents clients in divorce, paternity, and legal separation actions, and she also works as a Guardian ad Litem representing the best interests of the minor child. She regularly handles cases involving custody and placement, child support, maintenance, and property division.

Jamie is a 2015 graduate of the Marquette University Law School and received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Kansas. While in law school, Jamie served as co-President of the American Constitution Society, Vice-President of the Labor and Employment Law Society, and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. Regular volunteer shifts at the Milwaukee Justice Center earned her a place in the Pro Bono Society.

Prior to attending law school, Jamie worked in partisan politics and for a nonprofit that recruits, trains, and elects women to elected and appointed office. Her background working with people from all walks of life and her familiarity speaking about complicated issues is an asset to any case.

Jamie is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the Waukesha Bar Association. In her free time, Jamie enjoys watching sports, reading, volunteering, crafting, and spending time with her puppy, Stormy.
