I had this attorney before and he was very on point, and dedicated to the services, I highly recommend him , I was very shocked to see the one review that they had to say about this lawyer, a lot of people underestimate and put down public defenders as if they don't fight, people should be more under...standing and patient to let a public defender do their job, they're just as hard working as a pay lawyer, when it's all said and done it's about respect to the courts. Mr Malone was the attorney on my case until I fired him he’s exactly what his title says public defender he lost evidence from my case he wasn’t interested in trying to help me out of a mistake I made and when I fired him and hired a real attorney he was laughing in court like he was happy to be done... with my case I came to him sincerely and he just seemed like he just wanted to get me out of the way he’s horrible and I wouldn’t trust him with my case if I were you he’s nothing better than a traffic lawyer he will not fight for you
