Attorney Lippman proved to be an outstanding, AMBITIOUS, personable, yet incredibly professional attorney. He is the reason some justice was reclaimed after the discovery of an unfortunate situation following the death of a beloved family member. I had nothing more than a list of deceitful, odd actio...ns, some recorded lies, and a suspicious newly filed last will that was set to redirect the entire family estate to the person who had been trusted as the personal representative and power of attorney. All of my concerns lead me to investigate as much as I possibly could and one of these searches produced a number to contact for a free attorney consultation about the various legal aspects of last wills, probate laws, and court proceedings. This call led me to Atty. Lippman and although I called at approximately 4:30 PM, he spoke with me for over 90 minutes. He patiently listened to me go through all of my details and reasons as to why I couldn't believe there was any kind of "truth" behind the new situation. Many of my reasons could be backed as truth by other acquaintances of the deceased because I had done a lot of homework in my own mad pursuit for justice. And yet, all of my evidence would be worthless without an ability to press these issues in the court of law. I had also consulted with other knowledgeable parties inside my own family and circle of friends. These consults were pessimistic about my ability to do anything to change what had happened. They all felt there nothing to be done because final wills are meant to be respected. Even after my long consultation, I re-consulted with the other contacts, who advised me to simply wait until the issue was filed in probate court. Days later, I emailed Atty. Lippman to inform him of what I had been advised to do. And yet, to Mr. Lippman's credit, he had taken proactive steps to investigate my claims and shortly after receiving my email, he contacted me to inform me there was nothing moving this issue towards court proceedings. Additionally, he stated that if even a fraction of what I had disclosed to him was true, there was a need for me to take action immediately. With this known, we officially retained him as our attorney. From there, he and I shared many emails and many phone calls and he drafted up an official statement outlining the numerous civil charges we intended to press on the POA/PR should she not make contact with our attorney by a specific deadline. And yet, Lippman addressed the reality that pressing charges and going through court proceedings in any city far from home, could become quite costly. For these reasons, he came to a well-estimated amount to add as an offer for a possible out-of-court settlement. Of course, the idea of releasing someone from possible public justice after these incredibly hurtful, despicable, and disrespectful actions was difficult for me to accept. Yet, Lippman employed his intelligence, patience, and vast knowledge of the law and legal proceedings in order to keep me calm and rational so we could see this case through. This is where I must give him mad credit for his communication abilities, as well as his manner to think rationally and keep me focused on the best possible outcome. Without a doubt, I'd recommend Attorney Lippman! He salvaged what he could for me and my family in the most efficient and intelligent manner. He was always very detailed, knowledgeable, quick to respond to emails or phone calls, and yet still able to make me feel comfortable in our conversations. I've told him many times that I most definitely feel there was some kind of well-fated, good fortune behind Google producing his phone number for me and him coming into the situation exactly when he did. I have SO MUCH GRATITUDE and SO MUCH APPRECIATION for this young man!!
