Each time we met or talked I had to remind him of the pertinent issues. He is not present or prepared. Tom made a deal in judge's chambers that was never even presented to me to make the decision on. When I told him he had no business making a deal without my consent, he said he wouldn't go back and... address it. This deal was regarding the only issue that mattered to me. Tom lacked initiative. Big bill....zero results.

Tom Klien represented me in a divorce case. I must say that he is a very nice guy and knows how to file all the paperwork. What he doesn't know although is how to say no to the opposing attorney. Every time the opposing lawyer had a request, Tom wanted to agree with him, so much so, I had to ask T...om if he was working for me or the ex. If you want a nice lawyer, Tom is definitely your guy. If you want an effective lawyer, go elsewhere.
