Scott Beightol listens carefully and learns quickly. He is very knowledgeable about employment law and case history and is always able to explain it to lay people. On the rare occasion when he doesn't know something he will admit it and he will get back to you after researching the issue. His advi...ce has always been practical, effective and spot-on to our situations. He has always guided us to excellent solutions and his integrity is second to none. He is tenacious in our defense. I know a few labor law attorneys and Scott Beightol is my favorite.
