Provide counseling and litigation assistance on a wide variety of employment-related issues, including, but not limited to: ADA, ADEA, COBRA, FLSA, FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, OSHA, Title VII, WFEA and WFMLA; wage and hour disputes, non-competition, confidentiality, trade secret and duty of loyalty matters; evaluate and draft personnel handbooks and policies, employment agreements, confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements, severance agreements and document retention policies and procedures.
