Around 3 mounths ago from as posting this my gram gram got in a motorcycle accident after running into a moose he said he was not cool w& that because candana dosnt exists but i beg to differ, he is now trying to sue me for taking his older brother to the bahamas and leaving him there guys dont liste...n to anything this man says he is a big lieer

My husband asked me to go for breakfast at a local restaurant. We pulled in and parked, as I open truck door I noticed looked slippery but wet (black ice). I carefully got out and down I went tried getting back up and slipped again. I reported that parking lot was very bad and it needs attention, we ...then ate, paid bill and asked if they got somebody to sand/ salt, as of yet parking lot got no attention, except by the entry doors which had been salted and that was all. I was feeling a bit sore, I'm trying to eat, realized my arm was sore, got home approx. 1/2 hr later I realized I lost mobility and strength in right arm/shoulder. I then went to ER. I had xray done, showed nothing broke, arm in a sling, I was taken off work til follow up with orthopedic which ordered MRI and results were full and partial tear in rotator cuff. This left me with no work, no income. I scheduled surgery asap, so I could get back to work. Recovery was painful, the stress of not working, loss of income, etc. 31/2 months I'm now going back to work. I contacted their insurance to let them know I'm returning to work in which I was told they dont even know if there gonna pay anything. I'm stressed enough and didnt have time to deal with that, due to fact I'm going back to work. I then decided to call Mingo & Yankala. Mark Mingo and his secretary Kim Kempfer were awesome. The both kept in contact with me thru phone or email. Mark Mingo was very good at explaining and finding information needed. He made it a very comfortable atmosphere, explained things thoroughly. In the few times we had met I felt I knew him before this, which I didnt, but he knew more about me than I knew myself. Mark and his assistant Kim Kempfer were kind, caring, and concerned how I was doing. I was very pleased with the outcome. We were able to settle without going to court, but if it would of we were ready. I'm amazed how things work and comes together. I can move on, I'm happy with the turnout and I will refer Mark Mingo to anyone. Thank you Mark and Kim for everything.

Mark handled my defense case in a personal injury lawsuit. He is extremely knowledgeable in this area. Throughout the process he clearly explained step by step what his approach would be and how he was going to handle my case. He was very patient with me and I felt very much at ease knowing that ...with his incredible amount of experience he would be able to handle my case that would produce a positive outcome.
