Linda Vogt Meagher

I am have been a lawyer for over 25 years.  I represent clients throughout the State of Wisconsin. I am experienced in representing both the defense and plaintiff's side of a case, which gives me a unique experience to critically analyze and approach a case. I am also well versed in appellate practice and have argued before both the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.

My current practice includes a wide range of cases, including defense personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, general liability, wrongful death, premise and products liability. Health law experience includes medical, long term care and dental malpractice. I am also experienced in business litigation and insurance coverage disputes.

I am admitted to practice in all Wisconsin State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

I have developed and written a mock trial for middle school students on cyberbullying.  I also created a mock trial for elementary students on Goldilocks vs. the Three Bears and presented these for many school age children. I also served as a mock trial coach Hustisford High School.  I judge regional mock and moot trial competitions at the law school level.
